An excellent opportunity has arisen for a HR Officer to join our team supporting the HR Manager in providing an effective and efficient HR service to the school. Responsibilities include providing a first line response for all HR enquiries, managing all HR processes and procedures throughout the School, including recruitment and selection, induction, employee relations, reward and recognition and performance management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in similar role and be CIPD level 5 qualified or above, be proactive and organised with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, have excellent communication and administrative skills and have a helpful and positive nature with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Previous experience within a school would be an advantage.
