The London Oratory School is seeking to appoint a new Executive PA. The Executive PA is expected to be proactive and organised in assisting the Headmaster and Deputy Headmaster in various duties. The nature of the work demands that discretion and confidentiality are of utmost importance at all times. please see the further particulars document below.
Salary Scale: in the region of up to £30,000,or increments thereof, depending on qualifications and experience
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent; on-site, no WFH
Leave: The annual leave entitlement will be 25 working days
Start Date: 8 February 2022, or nearest
Closing date: 27 January 2022 at 4pm
Interviews: w/c 31 January 2022
The appointment is conditional on the person appointed satisfying the governors’ medical advisor as regards medical fitness.
The appointment will be subject to three months’ notice in writing on either side.
The Local Government Pension Scheme is available to all members of non-teaching staff.
The appointment is subject to The London Oratory School Handbook for Non-Teaching Staff, except where alternative provision is made.

About us: The school is a Roman Catholic non-fee paying academy located in South West London. There are currently1360 pupils, 80 boys aged 7 to 10 in the Junior House receiving a specialist music education, 900 boys aged 11 to 16 in the First to Fifth Form, and 360 in the Sixth form, including 110 girls.
