We are looking for an individual candidate to work in a full-time role who has excellent customer service skills, experienced in dealing with a variety of people in a professional and engaging manner to present Ampleforth with passion and persuasion as part of the admissions process. You will be an ambassador for the College, the first person with whom many of our parents, children and guests have contact with, both face to face and over the phone. Present a smart, polite, and professional image at all times, carrying out duties in the most cost-effective and efficient way, demonstrating all due care to safer practice for children and for all relevant Health and Safety legislation. This is an extremely busy role which encompasses both Admissions and Reception for the College.

The role of an Admissions & Reception Assistant is extremely varied. You will be accustomed to working under pressure and able to prioritise duties effectively. You will have the capacity to remain calm and professional, even on the busiest of days, delivering the highest level of customer service both externally and internally whilst juggling the demands of the role.
