St Andrews Catholic Academy Trust wishes to appoint an Internal Exclusion Manager at Saint Peter\u2019s Catholic High School to manage the internal exclusion centre which focuses on mentoring and behaviour modification<\/p>\n

The main duties of the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To manage the internal exclusions base which is an alternative to exclusions from school<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To ensure a rigorous learning environment in the exclusion room with high standards of behaviour<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Provide a high standard, purposeful learning experience and support for students<\/p>\n

\u00a0The successful candidate will:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Have strong moral and ethical principles and values<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Be able to adapt and respond appropriately to challenging situations<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Be someone who is enthusiastic and motivated to challenge, inspire and motivate our students.<\/p>\n
