Graduate Achievement Coach – Highgate – Immediate start – Ideal role for aspiring teachers!

Are you a recent graduate, with a Maths or English degree looking for a career that will enable you to raise the aspirations of young people?

Do you have an excellent academic background and would like to use this to help secondary school pupils achieve their potential?

*This Graduate Achievement Coach role is a rare opportunity for an aspiring teacher to gain paid experience in one school for the full academic year!

Graduate Achievement Coach

• Minimum 2:1 and strong A Levels essential

• Must have SUBJECT degree – Maths or English

• Term time only, Monday-Friday role

• Possibility of earning extra in Sat School (Covid Catchup)

• Secondary School in Highgate

• Shortlisting on an ongoing basis

• Access to your own mentor and staff training

• Academic and pastoral role

• Join a dedicated graduate team!

• Salary approx. £19,000

• Flexible hours -35/40 hours per week including Saturdays and holidays

• Role for the full academic year

You will need to liaise and work collaboratively with subject specific teachers and with pupils, ensuring students receive the support they need both inside and outside of the classroom to succeed.
